Description
The investment seeks to provide a level of current income that exceeds the average yield on global stocks generally. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in dividend-paying equity securities and at least 40% of its assets outside of the U.S. (unless market conditions are not deemed favorable by fund management, in which case the fund would invest at least 30% of its assets outside of the U.S.). It will primarily invest in common stock, preferred stock, securities convertible into common and preferred stock and non-convertible preferred stock. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the Global Dow that tracks the performance of multinational blue-chip issuers. The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index is made up of 150 companies from around the world. It may purchase a subset of the securities in the index in an effort to hold a portfolio of securities with generally the same risk and return characteristics of the index. The fund is non-diversified.
