The investment seeks to provide total return. The fund seeks to achieve its objective by allocating its assets primarily among stocks, bonds and short-term instruments of issuers in markets around the globe, as well as in derivative instruments, precious metals and investments with exposure to various foreign currencies. It may invest in U.S. and foreign securities; the fund may invest up to 100% of its total assets in foreign securities, including issuers located in and/or generating revenue from emerging markets.
The investment seeks to provide relative safety of capital with the possibility of long-term growth of capital and income. The fund will be invested in a diversified mix of various asset classes. These asset classes may include, but are not limited to, equity and fixed income investments, in any proportion. The fund will generally allocate a substantial amount of its total assets to non-U.S. investments. It will allocate its assets among various regions and countries, including the United States, but in no fewer than three different countries.
