Description
The investment seeks above-average total return over a market cycle of three to five years. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a blend of equity and fixed income securities of U.S. and non-U.S. issuers. Equity securities may include common and preferred stocks, depositary receipts, convertible securities, equity-linked securities, real estate investment trusts ("REITs"), rights and warrants to purchase equity securities and limited partnership interests. It may invest a portion of its assets in below investment grade fixed income securities. The fund may also invest in restricted and illiquid securities.
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and income. The fund normally invests in a broadly diversified global portfolio of investments, including U.S. and international stocks, bonds and short-term securities, and alternative investments. Under normal conditions, the fund's portfolio will consist of approximately 60% stocks; 30% bonds, money market securities, and other debt instruments; and 10% alternative investments.
The investment seeks capital appreciation over the long term; the fund also considers the potential for current income. The fund invests in equity securities, bonds, money market instruments, and other instruments including derivatives. It has a target asset class allocation of approximately 80% equity securities and 20% fixed-income securities. The actual asset class allocation can deviate from time to time from these targets as market conditions warrant. The implementation of the asset allocation may involve the extensive use of equity and fixed-income ETF. The fund also may invest in investment-grade and below-investment-grade fixed-income securities.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
