The investment seeks total return. The fund is a "fund-of-funds" that invests principally in affiliated mutual funds managed by Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC (the "underlying funds"). Under normal conditions, through the underlying funds, it indirectly invests primarily in equity and fixed income securities of corporate and governmental issuers located in North and South America, Europe, Australia, and the Far East. The fund uses a "blend" strategy to gain investment exposure to both growth and value stocks, or to stocks with characteristics of both.
The investment seeks high income, with a secondary objective of capital preservation. The fund invests in a globally diversified portfolio of income-producing debt and equity securities. It normally includes securities from at least three countries outside the U.S. The fund invests its assets no more than 50% in common stocks, no more than 50% in securities of U.S. issuers, no more than 50% in bonds rated A3 or higher, no more than 33% in securities of emerging market issuers.
The investment seeks total return consisting of capital growth, both realized and unrealized and current income. The fund invests the assets in a combination of underlying funds that, in turn, invest directly in securities (such as stocks and bonds). Under normal market conditions, approximately 65% of the fund's net assets will be allocated to underlying funds that invest in equity securities, and approximately 35% of the fund's net assets will be allocated to underlying funds that invest in debt instruments, including U.S. government securities and money market instruments ("Target Allocations").

The fees, balance and savings information above are estimated numbers, based on the data FeeX had at the day of publication, but may not be accurate due to incomplete or erroneous data.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
