The investment seeks to provide long-term total return. The fund invests primarily in equity securities, fixed-income securities and certain other investments, including, but not limited to, currencies and commodity-related securities and derivative instruments as well as cash. It will target an allocation of approximately 60% equity investments and 40% fixed income investments, with the allocation generally varying by no more than +/-20% around these weights. The fund may from time to time seek to gain exposure to the commodity markets by investing up to 25% of its assets in a wholly owned subsidiary of the fund formed in the Cayman Islands.

The fund normally invests in a broadly diversified global portfolio of investments, including U.S. and international stocks, bonds and short-term securities, and alternative investments. Under normal conditions, the fund's portfolio will consist of approximately 60% stocks; 30% bonds, money market securities, and other debt instruments; and 10% alternative investments.
