The investment seeks total return. The Investment Manager allocates the Portfolio's assets among various U.S. and non-U.S. equity and fixed-income strategies managed by the Investment Manager in proportions consistent with the Investment Manager's evaluation of various economic and other factors designed to estimate probabilities, including volatility. Under normal market conditions, the Portfolio invests significantly in issuers organized or located outside the U.S. or doing a substantial amount of business outside the U.S., securities denominated in a foreign currency or foreign currency forward contracts.
The investment seeks to provide capital appreciation. The fund invests substantially all of its assets in the SSGA Global Allocation Portfolio (the "Portfolio"), a separate series of the SSGA Master Trust with an identical investment objective as the fund. As a result, the fund invests indirectly through the Portfolio. The Portfolio typically allocates approximately 60% of its assets to equity securities, though this percentage can vary based on the Adviser's tactical decisions.
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of its underlying index, the IQ Leaders GTAA Index. The fund is a "fund of funds" which means it invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in the investments included in its underlying index, which includes underlying funds. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of the 10 leading global allocation mutual funds based on fund performance and fund asset size, re-set annually in accordance with IndexIQ's rules-based methodology ("Selected Global Allocation Funds").

The fees, balance and savings information above are estimated numbers, based on the data FeeX had at the day of publication, but may not be accurate due to incomplete or erroneous data.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
