The fund invests at least 15% of the fund's assets in fixed income securities and at least 25% of the fund's assets in equity securities. It invests all of its investable assets in Asset Allocation Trust ("AAT"), an investment company managed by Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC ("GMO"). AAT, in turn, invests its assets in GMO-managed mutual funds and may be exposed to any asset class, including, for example, U.S. and foreign equities, U.S. and foreign fixed income securities, and, from time to time, other alternative asset classes.
The investment seeks to provide long-term total return. The sub-adviser attempts to capture the performance of the worlds' investable domestic and international equity and fixed income securities, as determined by the fund's sub-adviser. The sub-adviser anticipates that approximately 40-60% of its assets will be selected to track the MSCI ACWI All Cap Index, a market capitalization weighted index designed to measure the performance of developed and emerging market equity securities.

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".
