The investment seeks to provide a high level of total return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities of domestic or foreign companies that are involved to a substantial extent in providing products, services or equipment for the generation or distribution of electricity, gas, and water and the provision of infrastructure operations or telecommunications services. It may invest up to 40% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. issuers.
The investment seeks to provide investment returns that correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the performance of the MSCI USA IMI Utilities Index. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in securities included in the fund's underlying index. The fund's underlying index is the MSCI USA IMI Utilities Index, which represents the performance of the utilities sector in the U.S. equity market. It may or may not hold all of the securities in the MSCI USA IMI Utilities Index. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the Dorsey Wright® Utilities Technical Leaders Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks of companies that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of at least 30 common stocks of companies in the utilities sector that have powerful relative strength or "momentum" characteristics.
