Description
The investment seeks a high level of current income, consistent with low volatility of principal through investing in short-term investment grade debt securities. The fund is a diversified investment company that normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in short-term securities having duration of less than three years. Under normal market conditions, it purchases securities rated BBB- and/or Baa3 or better by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization. The fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in debt futures contracts, option contracts, options on securities and options on debt futures.
The investment seeks to maximize total return (capital appreciation and income) to the extent consistent with preservation of principal. The fund will, under normal circumstances, invest primarily (and not less than 80% of its net assets) in fixed-income securities. It invests in investment grade domestic debt obligations (i.e., obligations rated within the top four rating categories by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization or of comparable quality as determined by the fund's investment adviser).
The investment seeks a high level of income consistent with minimal fluctuations in principal value and liquidity. The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of shorter-term investment-grade corporate and government securities, including mortgage-backed securities, municipal securities, money market securities and bank obligations, and U.S. dollar-denominated securities of foreign issuers. Normally, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets in bonds and all of the securities purchased by the fund will be rated at the time of purchase by at least one of the major credit rating agencies or, if unrated, deemed to be investment grade quality by T. Rowe Price.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
