The investment seeks to provide a high level of current income consistent with the preservation of capital and liquidity. The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing in investment grade U.S. dollar denominated fixed-income instruments paying a fixed, variable or floating interest rate, including obligations of U.S. banks and the U.S. government, and other short-term obligations of U.S. companies, states, municipalities and other entities, asset-backed securities and repurchase agreements.
The investment seeks current income, consistent with preservation of capital and daily liquidity. Under normal market conditions, the Advisor intends to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets in a portfolio of U.S. dollar-denominated fixed- and variable-rate instruments (collectively, "Fixed Income Securities") issued by U.S. and non-U.S. public and private sector entities. It is non-diversified.
