Description
The investment seeks total return to the extent consistent with a relatively low volatility of principal. The fund will invest all of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in investment grade fixed income securities at the time of purchase, including, but not limited to, fixed income securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government, its agencies or instrumentalities, and by U.S. and non-U.S. corporations. It may invest up to 30% of its net assets in foreign securities, including up to 10% of its net assets in securities of issuers located in emerging markets.
The investment seeks maximum current income consistent with the preservation of capital and liquidity. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its total assets in a non-diversified portfolio of fixed-income instruments, including bonds, debt securities and other similar instruments issued by U.S. and non-U.S. public and private sector entities. The dollar-weighted average portfolio maturity of the fund is normally not expected to exceed two years. It may invest up to 20% of its total assets in fixed-income securities and instruments of issuers in emerging markets. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks a total return that, over time, is greater than returns of money market funds and is consistent with preservation of capital. The fund invests in a wide variety of debt instruments and income-producing securities payable primarily in U.S. dollars. It invests at least 90% of its total assets in investment grade debt securities, but may invest up to 10% of its total assets in debt securities rated below investment grade (commonly called "junk bonds"). The overall average credit quality of the fund will remain investment grade. The fund is non-diversified.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
