The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the performance of the MSCI Japan Index. The fund creates long positions by investing at least 80% of its assets in the securities that comprise the MSCI Japan Index and/or financial instruments that provide leveraged and unleveraged exposure to the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of the large- and mid-cap segments of the Japan equity market, covering approximately 85% of the free float-adjusted market capitalization in Japan. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund, under normal circumstances, creates long positions by investing at least 80% of its assets in the securities that comprise the Russell 1000® Retail Index and/or financial instruments that provide leveraged and unleveraged exposure to the index. The index is an index comprised of constituent companies of the Russell 1000, which measures the performance of the large-cap segment of the U.S. equity universe, that sell to consumers those discretionary products supplied by manufacturers. It is non-diversified.

The fund invests in securities and derivatives that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as three times (3x) the daily return of the index. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 500 U.S. operating companies and real estate investment trusts selected through a process. The fund is non-diversified.
