Description
The investment seeks monthly investment results, before fees and expenses, of 200% of the calendar month performance of the Russell 2000® Index. The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its assets in the securities that comprise the Russell 2000® Index and/or financial instruments that, in combination, provide leveraged and unleveraged exposure to the index. The index measures the performance of the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity universe and is comprised of the smallest 2,000 companies in the Russell 3000® Index, representing approximately 8% of the total market capitalization of that index. The fund is non-diversified.
The iPath® Long Extended Russell 2000® TR Index ETN is designed to provide investors with leveraged return on the performance of the Russell 2000® Total Return Index. The Russell 2000® Total Return Index is designed to track the performance of the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity market. It is a subset of the Russell 3000® Index and includes the 2,000 smallest companies included in the Russell 3000® Index as measured by total market capitalization.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
