The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the performance of the MSCI US REIT IndexSM. The fund creates long positions by investing at least 80% of its assets in the securities that comprise the MSCI US REIT IndexSM and/or financial instruments that provide leveraged and unleveraged exposure to the index. The index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index that is comprised of equity REITs that are included in the MSCI US Investable Market 2500 Index. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund, under normal circumstances, creates long positions by investing at least 80% of its assets in the securities that comprise the Russell 1000® Retail Index and/or financial instruments that provide leveraged and unleveraged exposure to the index. The index is an index comprised of constituent companies of the Russell 1000, which measures the performance of the large-cap segment of the U.S. equity universe, that sell to consumers those discretionary products supplied by manufacturers. It is non-diversified.

The fund creates long positions by investing at least 80% of its assets in the securities that comprise the PHLX Semiconductor Sector Index and/or financial instruments that provide leveraged and unleveraged exposure to the index.
