The investment seeks daily investment results, net of expenses, of 300% of the inverse of the performance of the ISE-REVERE Natural Gas IndexTM. The fund, under normal circumstances, creates short positions by investing at least 80% of its assets in: swap agreements; futures contracts; options; reverse repurchase agreements; exchange-traded funds ("ETFs"); and other financial instruments that, in combination, provide inverse leveraged and unleveraged exposure to the ISE-Revere Natural Gas IndexTM. The index is composed of equity securities of issuers involved in the exploration and production of natural gas. The fund is non-diversified.

The index is provided by S&P Dow Jones Indices and includes domestic companies from the energy sector. The fund is non-diversified.
