The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 100% of the inverse (or opposite) of the performance of the MSCI Europe Financials Index. The fund normally creates short positions by investing at least 80% of its assets in: swap agreements; futures contracts; options; reverse repurchase agreements; ETFs; and other financial instruments that, in combination, provide inverse exposure to the index. The index is a free float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index and represents securities of large-capitalization and mid-capitalization companies across developed market countries in Europe. It is non-diversified.
