Description
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation, with dividend income a secondary consideration. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in common stocks of small market capitalization companies. It pursues long-term capital appreciation in the small market capitalization sector while seeking to provide the risk characteristics of the less volatile large capitalization S&P 500® Index. The fund invests in a select group of small market capitalization companies believed to be undervalued relative to their future growth potential.
The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Growth Index. The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index measures the performance of the small-capitalization growth segment of the U.S. equity market. It may purchase a subset of the securities in the index in an effort to hold a portfolio of securities with generally the same risk and return characteristics of the index. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to track the investment results of the S&P SmallCap 600 Growth IndexTM, which measures the performance of the small-capitalization growth sector of the U.S. equity market. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It may invest the remainder of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents, as well as in securities not included in the underlying index, but which the advisor believes will help the fund track the underlying index.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
