Description
The investment seeks long-term growth of capital by investing primarily in equity securities of small capitalization companies. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, including the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities (including common stocks, preferred stocks and securities convertible into common and preferred stocks) of U.S. small capitalization companies. It may also invest up to 20% of its net assets in securities of companies of any market capitalization.
The investment seeks capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of small companies. It seeks capital appreciation by investing mainly in common stocks of small companies that the Adviser believes have strong long-term fundamentals, superior capital appreciation potential and attractive valuations.
The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund primarily invests at least 80% of its net assets in "emerging companies." It will invest at least 80% of its net assets, under normal circumstances, in U.S. companies with market capitalizations within the range of the Russell Microcap® Index and the Russell 2000® Index. The fund may invest a portion of its assets in real estate investment trusts (REITs).
