Description
The investment seeks long term capital appreciation. The fund primarily invests in common stocks of smaller companies that have a market capitalization of $500 million or less at the time of the fund's initial investment. It focuses on micro-cap companies which appear to be underpriced relative to their "private market value." Private market value is the value which the Adviser believes informed investors would be willing to pay to acquire a company. The fund may also invest up to 25% of its total assets in foreign securities and in European Depositary Receipts ("EDRs") or American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs").
The investment seeks to track the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment return of small-capitalization stocks in the United States. The fund employs an indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the S&P SmallCap 600® Index. The Advisor attempts to replicate the target index by investing all, or substantially all, of its assets in the stocks that make up the index, holding each stock in approximately the same proportion as its weighting in the index.
The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index measures the performance of the small-capitalization segment of the U.S. equity market. It may purchase a subset of the securities in the index in an effort to hold a portfolio of securities with generally the same risk and return characteristics of the index. The fund is non-diversified.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
