The investment seeks capital growth over the long term. The fund invests in stocks of established companies selling at prices below what RE Advisers believes to be their fundamental value. Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowing for investment purposes) in common stocks of companies whose market capitalization, at the time of purchase, is similar to the market capitalization of companies represented in the Russell 2000 Index. To determine whether a stock is undervalued, RE Advisers considers, among other factors, earnings valuations, debt ratios and any competitive advantages a company may have.
The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the Dow Jones U.S. Small-Cap Total Stock Market Index. The fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets in stocks that are included in the index. The index includes the small-cap portion of the Dow Jones U.S. Total Stock Market Index actually available to investors in the marketplace. The Dow Jones U.S. Small-Cap Total Stock Market Index includes the components ranked 751-2500 by full market capitalization. The index is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index.
The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the Russell 2000® Index that tracks the performance of small capitalization exchange traded U.S. equity securities. The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index measures the performance of the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity market. It may purchase a subset of the securities in the index in an effort to hold a portfolio of securities with generally the same risk and return characteristics of the index. The fund is non-diversified.

The fees, balance and savings information above are estimated numbers, based on the data FeeX had at the day of publication, but may not be accurate due to incomplete or erroneous data.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
