Description
The investment seeks to maximize current income with a dollar-weighted average effective duration between one and three years. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in a diversified portfolio of fixed income securities of any credit quality. Fixed income securities in which the fund principally invests are defined as securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government or its agencies, instrumentalities or sponsored corporations; TIPS; municipal bonds (the fund may invest up to 20% of its portfolio in municipal bonds); asset-backed securities; etc.
The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Fundamental U.S. Short-term Corporate Bond Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is designed to capture the performance of selected issuers in the short-term U.S. investment grade corporate bond market that are deemed to have favorable fundamental and income characteristics. It is non-diversified.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
