The investment seeks income; long-term capital appreciation is the secondary consideration. The fund invests in both investment-grade and high-yield, non-money market debt securities. These securities may include corporate bonds and notes, government securities and securities backed by mortgages or other assets. The fund may also invest in certain equity securities such as preferred stock, convertible securities or equity equivalents provided that such investments are consistent with the fund's investment objectives.
The investment seeks above-average total return over a market cycle of three to five years. Under normal market conditions, substantially all of the Portfolio's assets will be invested in investment grade fixed income securities denominated in U.S. dollars. The Portfolio invests primarily in U.S. government securities, investment grade corporate bonds and mortgage- and asset-backed securities. The Portfolio will ordinarily seek to maintain an average duration of approximately one year or less. With respect to corporate issuers, the Portfolio will not purchase securities with remaining maturities of more than 3.25 years subsequent to the Reorganization.

The fees, balance and savings information above are estimated numbers, based on the data FeeX had at the day of publication, but may not be accurate due to incomplete or erroneous data.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
