The investment seeks current income. The fund buys and sells portfolio securities based primarily on the Adviser's market outlook and analysis of how securities may perform under different market conditions. It may also use derivative contracts and/or hybrid instruments to implement elements of its strategies, particularly to manage duration and hedge against potential losses. The fund may also invest in government securities that are supported by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government.
The investment seeks a high level of current income in a manner consistent with preservation of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities included in the Barclays® U.S. 1-5 Year Treasury Bond Index. It normally maintains a dollar-weighted average maturity of three years or less. The fund uses statistical sampling techniques based on duration, maturity, interest rate sensitivity, security structure, and credit quality to attempt to replicate the returns of the Barclays® U.S. 1-5 Year Treasury Bond Index using a smaller number of securities.
The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-5 Year U.S. Treasury Index. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index or in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of public obligations of the U.S. Treasury that have a remaining maturity of greater than or equal to 1 year and less than 5 years. The fund is non-diversified.

The fees, balance and savings information above are estimated numbers, based on the data FeeX had at the day of publication, but may not be accurate due to incomplete or erroneous data.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
