Description
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the Wilshire US Real Estate Investment Trust IndexSM. The fund will invest at least 80% of total assets in equity securities that comprise the Wilshire US REIT. The Wilshire US REIT is a rules-based index comprised of approximately 114 securities, which may include securities of companies of all categories of market capitalizations. The Wilshire US REIT is comprised primarily of real estate investment trusts and is derived from the broader Wilshire 5000 Total Market IndexSM.
The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the Dow Jones U.S. Select REIT IndexTM. The fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in securities included in the index. It generally gives the same weight to a given security as the index does. The index is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index comprised of real estate investment trusts ("REITs"). The fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in securities not included in its index.

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
