The investment seeks to obtain a favorable long-term total return through both capital appreciation and current income, by investing primarily in equity securities of companies principally engaged in or related to the real estate industry. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in the securities of companies that are principally engaged in or related to the real estate industry, including those that own significant real estate assets. It may invest up to 15% of its assets in real estate securities of foreign issuers and up to 20% of its assets in equity and debt securities of issuers that are not engaged in or related to the real estate industry.
The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the Dow Jones U.S. Select REIT IndexTM. The fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in securities included in the index. It generally gives the same weight to a given security as the index does. The index is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index comprised of real estate investment trusts ("REITs"). The fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in securities not included in its index.
The investment seeks to provide a high level of income and moderate long-term capital appreciation by tracking the performance of a benchmark index that measures the performance of publicly traded equity REITs. The fund employs an indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the MSCI US REIT Index. The index is composed of stocks of publicly traded equity real estate investment trusts (known as REITs). The adviser attempts to replicate the index by investing all, or substantially all, of its assets in the stocks that make up the index, holding each stock in approximately the same proportion as its weighting in the index.

The fees, balance and savings information above are estimated numbers, based on the data FeeX had at the day of publication, but may not be accurate due to incomplete or erroneous data.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
