The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks and other equity securities of real estate companies. The advisor considers a real estate company to be one that derives at least 50% of its revenues from, or invests at least 50% of its assets in, the ownership, construction, financing, management or sale of commercial, industrial or residential real estate. It primarily invests in real estate investment trusts ("REITs") but may also invest in real estate operating companies ("REOCs") and other real estate related securities. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in stocks of companies principally engaged in the real estate industry, including Real Estate Investment Trusts. For purposes of the fund's investment policies, the Subadvisor considers a company is in the real estate industry if it derives at least 50% of its revenues from, or if it has at least 50% of its assets in, companies principally engaged in the real estate industry, including REITs. The fund is non-diversified.
