The investment seeks total return. The advisor considers a real estate company to be one that derives at least 50% of its revenues from, or invests at least 50% of its assets in, the ownership, construction, financing, management or sale of commercial, industrial or residential real estate. It primarily invests in real estate investment trusts ("REITs") but may also invest in real estate operating companies ("REOCs") and other real estate related securities. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the Dow Jones U.S. Select REIT IndexTM. The fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in securities included in the index. It generally gives the same weight to a given security as the index does. The index is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index comprised of real estate investment trusts ("REITs"). The fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in securities not included in its index.
The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the total return of equity REITs and other real estate-related investments. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities included in the Dow Jones U.S. Select Real Estate Securities Index℠. It lends securities to earn income for the fund. The fund is non-diversified.
