It may invest in equity REITs, mortgage REITs and hybrid REITs. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the Dow Jones U.S. Select REIT IndexTM. The fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in securities included in the index. It generally gives the same weight to a given security as the index does. The index is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index comprised of real estate investment trusts ("REITs"). The fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in securities not included in its index.
The investment seeks to track the investment results of the FTSE NAREIT Equity REITs Index composed of U.S. real estate equities. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index and may invest up to 10% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents. The index measures the performance of U.S. listed equity real estate investment trusts ("REITs"), excluding infrastructure REITs, mortgage REITs, and timber REITs. The fund is non-diversified.
