The investment seeks a high level of total return that is consistent with preservation of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its investable assets (net assets plus borrowing for investment purposes, if any) in bonds or investments that provide exposure to bonds. It invests in both investment grade debt securities and securities rated below investment grade. The fund will invest in both developed and emerging markets. It may also invest in (1) convertible bonds and preferred stock; (2) real estate investment trusts; and (3) equity securities and equity-related securities and master limited partnerships. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund is an actively managed ETF and seeks to achieve its investment objective through direct and indirect investments in debt securities ("Debt"). Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in Debt. The fund may invest up to 50% of its total assets in securities issued by issuers organized in or that maintain their principal place of business in emerging market countries. It is non-diversified.
