The investment seeks interest income that is exempt from federal income tax. The fund invests primarily in investment-grade securities, the interest from which is exempt from federal income tax (referred to herein as "tax-exempt securities"). During normal market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets will consist of tax-exempt securities. The fund's dollar-weighted average portfolio maturity is three years or less. At least 80% of the fund's annual net investment income dividends will be excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes and from the calculation of federal alternative minimum taxes for individual taxpayers.
The investment seeks current income that is exempt from federal personal income taxes, with limited price volatility. The fund has no limitations on the maturity of individual securities, but is expected to maintain a dollar-weighted average maturity of 2 to 6 years. At least 75% of the securities held by the fund are municipal bonds in the top three credit-rating categories as determined by a nationally recognized statistical rating organization or, if unrated, determined to be of comparable quality by the advisor. The remaining 5% may be invested in securities with lower credit ratings or, if unrated, determined to be of comparable quality by the advisor.
The investment seeks as high a level of current income, exempt from federal income tax, as is consistent with the preservation of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in investment-grade municipal securities whose interest is exempt from federal income tax. It invests more than 25% of total assets in municipal securities that finance similar types of projects. The fund allocates assets across different market sectors and maturities. It liquidates shortly after the fund's target end-date of June 30, 2017.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
