The investment seeks current income exempt from federal income tax, consistent with preservation of capital. The fund normally invests 100% of its assets in municipal obligations, the income from which is exempt from the regular federal income tax. It may invest up to 20% of its assets in taxable securities which would produce income not exempt from federal income tax because of market conditions, pending investment of idle funds or to afford liquidity.
The investment seeks current income that is exempt from federal personal income taxes, with limited price volatility. The fund has no limitations on the maturity of individual securities, but is expected to maintain a dollar-weighted average maturity of 1 to 2 years. At least 75% of the securities held by the fund are municipal bonds in the top three credit-rating categories as determined by a nationally recognized statistical rating organization or, if unrated, determined to be of comparable quality by the advisor.
The investment seeks to track the investment results of the S&P AMT-Free Municipal Series 2017 IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which measures the performance of investment-grade, non-callable U.S. municipal bonds maturing in 2017. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index, and may invest up to 10% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents, as well as in securities not included in the underlying index, but which the advisor believes will help the fund track the underlying index.

The fees, balance and savings information above are estimated numbers, based on the data FeeX had at the day of publication, but may not be accurate due to incomplete or erroneous data.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
