The investment seeks to provide current income, with a secondary objective of capital preservation in a rising interest rate environment. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, including any borrowings for investment purposes, in a diversified portfolio of fixed income instruments. It will allocate up to 100% of its portfolio in fixed income securities through direct investments or through the purchase of closed end investment companies and exchange-traded funds (together, the "underlying funds") that invest primarily in income producing securities. The Adviser may also allocate up to 50% of the fund's assets in underlying funds.
The investment seeks high current income and to seek long term capital appreciation. The fund pursues its investment objectives primarily by investing in preferred securities and other income producing securities, including convertible securities, debt securities, common stocks, and securities of other investment companies. Under normal market conditions, it primarily invests in preferred and debt securities, but the fund's advisor retains broad discretion to allocate the fund's investments across various asset classes.
The investment seeks high current income with moderate risk to principal. The fund invests primarily in U.S. corporate bonds and securities issued by the U.S. government and its agencies that are considered investment grade or better. It invests to a lesser but still significant extent in U.S.-traded fixed income securities that are rated below "investment grade" or that are not rated. The fund may invest in bonds and U.S. government and agency securities of any maturity.

The fees, balance and savings information above are estimated numbers, based on the data FeeX had at the day of publication, but may not be accurate due to incomplete or erroneous data.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
