The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund will invest at least 95% of its net assets in the common stocks of the companies comprising the AMIDEX35™ Index, in approximately the same percentages as those companies are included in the index or until the fund's net assets reach $25 million, the Adviser may invest fund assets in a representative sample of index securities and other permissible securities. The AMIDEX35™ Index is an unmanaged index consisting of the 35 largest publicly traded Israeli companies, as measured by market capitalization. It is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the BlueStar Israel Global IndexTM. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. The Israel Index is comprised of equity securities, which may include depositary receipts, of publicly traded companies that are generally considered by BlueStar Global Investors, LLC to be Israeli companies. It may also utilize depositary receipts to seek performance that corresponds to the fund's benchmark index. The fund is non-diversified.
