The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests primarily in equity securities of U.S. small and medium market capitalization companies. It invests in companies believed to be of high quality and believed to be undervalued relative to their future growth potential. The fund also may invest in exchange traded funds as well as American Depository Receipts. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks investment results before fees and expenses that track the performance of the S&P MidCap 400® Dividend Aristocrats Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities (i.e., securities of the index and comparable securities that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities of the index). The index contains a minimum of 40 stocks which are equally weighted. No single sector is allowed to comprise more than 30% of the index weight.
The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in companies whose market capitalization (number of shares outstanding multiplied by share price), at the time of purchase, falls within the range of the companies in either the S&P MidCap 400 Index or the Russell Midcap Value Index.
