Description
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in the common stocks of companies in the Russell 3000 Index that have announced their intention to repurchase a portion of the company's outstanding shares. It may invest in companies of any market capitalization. Under normal conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of the fund's net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in equity securities. It is non-diversified.

The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index measures the performance of the small- and mid-capitalization segments of the U.S. equity market. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the Russell 1000® Equal Weight Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the underlying index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, Frank Russell Company compiles and maintains the underlying index, which is composed of all of the securities in the Russell 1000® Index (the "Russell 1000") "equally weighted."
