The principal type of equity security in which the fund invests is common stock. The fund may invest up to 25% of its net assets in securities of foreign issuers.
The investment seeks long-term capital growth. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes) in securities of mid-sized companies. The Adviser focuses mainly on the securities of mid-sized U.S. companies which have market capitalizations similar to those included in widely known indices such as the Russell Midcap® Index or the S&P MidCap 400 Index.
The investment seeks to provide current income as well as long-term capital appreciation. The fund advisor employs a "value approach" in making its common stock selections. Generally, the adviser will attempt to remain fully invested in common stocks and securities that are convertible into common stocks, such as convertible bonds and convertible preferred stocks. The fund may invest in the securities of issuers of all sizes and market capitalizations.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
