Description
The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund utilizes a ''fund of funds'' structure to invest primarily in exchange-traded funds ("ETFs''), including inverse ETFs and leveraged ETFs. ETFs that seek to track the performance of broad-based U.S. equity indices, principally the Standard & Poor's 500 ("S&P 500") are referred to as "index ETFs". It may also invest in ETFs that employ leverage in an effort to deliver, on a daily basis, up to twice the performance of the S&P 500 ("leveraged index ETFs") or ETFs which seek returns which are the inverse of a U.S. equity index, ("inverse index ETFs").
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally, before fees and expenses, to the performance of its underlying index, the VelocityShares Tail Risk Hedged Large Cap Index. The fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in underlying index ETFs. The underlying index is an index comprised of three large capitalization equity ETFs and two volatility related ETFs (the "underlying index ETFs"). The fund is non-diversified.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
