The investment seeks to provide investment results that will closely correspond, generally to the price and yield performance of BullMark LatAm Select Leaders Index. Using a passive or indexing investment approach, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective to track the performance of the index. It will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the index or in depositary receipts representing securities in the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of Latin American companies exhibiting an above average dividend yield. It is non-diversified.

The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index or in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") or Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") based on securities comprising the index. The index is a market capitalization weighted index designed to define and measure the investable universe of publicly traded companies domiciled in emerging Latin American markets. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Latin America 40TM (the "underlying index"), which is comprised of selected equities trading on the exchanges of five Latin American countries. The fund is non-diversified.
