Description
The investment seeks total return (consisting of capital appreciation and income). The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in stocks. It focuses on dividend-paying stocks and other investments and investment techniques that provide income. The fund emphasizes those stocks with value characteristics, although it may also purchase growth stocks. It may invest in the stocks of companies of any size, although it focuses on large-cap companies. The fund also may invest up to 10% of its assets in convertible securities and up to 10% of its assets in preferred stocks.
The investment seeks the performance of a benchmark index. The fund employs an indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the CRSP US Mega Cap Value Index. The index is a float-adjusted, market-capitalization-weighted index designed to measure equity market performance of mega-capitalization value stocks in the United States. The Advisor attempts to replicate the target index by investing all, or substantially all, of its assets in the stocks that make up the index, holding each stock in approximately the same proportion as its weighting in the index.
The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the S&P 500® Low Volatility High Dividend Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the underlying index. S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC compiles maintains and calculates the underlying index, which is composed of 50 securities in the S&P 500® Index that historically have provided high dividend yields with lower volatility.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
