Description
The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond, before fees and expenses, to the NASDAQ-100 Index® for over-the-counter securities on a daily basis. The fund employs as its investment strategy a program of investing in the common stock of companies that are generally within the capitalization range of the underlying index and derivative instruments. It will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of companies in the underlying index and derivatives and other instruments whose performance is expected to correspond to that of the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond to the price and yield performance of the index. To maintain the correspondence between the composition and weights of the securities in the trust (the "securities") and the stocks in the Nasdaq-100 Index®, the adviser adjusts the securities from time to time to conform to periodic changes in the identity and/or relative weights of index securities. The composition and weighting of the securities portion of a portfolio deposit are also adjusted to conform to changes in the index.
The investment seeks to replicate the performance of the largest non-financial companies as measured by the Nasdaq-100 Index®. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its total assets (which includes the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in the stocks comprising the index. It is managed passively in that Shelton is seeking to replicate the performance of the Nasdaq-100 Index®. To do this, it invests primarily in the stocks comprising this index.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
