Description
The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 65% of its total assets in the common stock of companies without regard to market capitalization. It invests its assets in equity securities of companies which the fund's Sub-adviser believes will provide a higher total return than that of the index. The fund may invest up to 25% of its net assets in foreign securities, including American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs").

The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks included in the index. It uses statistical sampling techniques that take into account such factors as capitalization, industry exposures, dividend yield, price/earnings (P/E) ratio, price/book (P/B) ratio, and earnings growth to create a portfolio of securities listed in the Nasdaq Composite Index that have a similar investment profile to the entire index.
