The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in the common stock of established, high-quality, growth companies selected via bottom-up fundamental analysis. Under normal market conditions, it will maintain at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in such securities. The fund may also invest up to 25% of its assets in foreign securities (including American Depositary Receipts and emerging market securities). To the extent invested in common stocks, the fund generally invests in only 25-40 companies at any given time.

Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its total assets (which includes the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in the stocks comprising the index. It is managed passively in that Shelton is seeking to replicate the performance of the Nasdaq-100 Index®. To do this, it invests primarily in the stocks comprising this index.
The investment seeks to match, before fees and expenses, the performance of the stocks composing the Nasdaq-100 Index. The fund's principal investment strategy is, under normal market conditions, to invest at least 80% of the fund's assets in the common stocks of companies composing the Nasdaq-100 Index.
