The fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of common stocks covering a broad range of industries, companies and market capitalizations that the sub-adviser believes have superior growth potential with a focus on mid to large capitalization stocks. It may invest up to 25% of its net assets in foreign issuers and non-dollar securities. The fund may trade securities actively.
The investment seeks investment results before fees and expenses that track the NASDAQ-100® Equal Weighted Index. The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its assets in the equity securities that comprise the NASDAQ-100® Equal Weighted Index. The index is the equal weighted version of the NASDAQ-100 Index® which includes 100 of the largest domestic and international non-financial securities listed on the NASDAQ® Stock Market (the "NASDAQ®") based on market capitalization. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks maximum long-term total return consistent with reasonable risk to principal. The fund normally invests at least 80% of the value of its net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities, such as common stocks, of U.S. large cap companies. Large cap companies include companies with market capitalizations, at the time of purchase, within the market capitalization range of any stock in the Russell 1000® Index.
