The investment seeks growth of capital. The fund will invest approximately 65% of its assets in the large-cap portion of the fund and 35% of its assets in the small- and mid-cap portion of the fund. These percentages reflect the projected asset allocations under normal market conditions and may be rebalanced from time to time.
