Description
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and the potential for current income, while also seeking to protect principal during unfavorable market conditions. The fund will seek to invest in the equity securities of large capitalization domestic and foreign companies that WBI Investments, Inc., the sub-advisor ("Sub-Advisor") to the fund and an affiliate of Millington Securities Inc., the advisor ("Advisor"), believes display an attractive financial condition and prospects for ongoing financial stability, and in other tactical investment opportunities. It may invest up to 50% of its net assets in the securities of issuers in emerging markets.
The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the total return of a broad range of United States stocks. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks included in the Dow Jones U.S. Total Stock Market IndexSM, which represents the performance of a broad range of U.S. stocks. It uses statistical sampling techniques based on such factors as capitalization, industry exposures, dividend yield, price/earnings (P/E) ratio, price/book (P/B) ratio, and earnings growth to attempt to replicate the returns of the index using a smaller number of securities.
The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the SSGA US Large Cap Low Volatility Index. The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of the stocks of U.S. large capitalization companies that exhibit low volatility. Volatility is a statistical measurement of the magnitude of movements in a stock's price over time. The fund is non-diversified.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
