The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests in domestic stocks that span the capitalization of the overall market based on the advisor's assessment of the relative return potential of the securities. The advisor selects securities that the advisor believes offer an appropriate balance between strong growth prospects and reasonable valuations relative to their industry peers. It does this by using a quantitative process to evaluate all of the securities in the fund's benchmark, the Russell 3000 Index, while seeking to maintain a risk profile similar to that of the index.
The investment seeks the investment results of the MSCI USA Minimum Volatility (USD) Index. The fund will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the index and may invest up to 10% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents. The index measures the performance of equity securities in the top 85% by market capitalization of equity securities listed on stock exchanges in the USA that, in the aggregate, have lower volatility relative to the broader U.S. equity market.

FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
