Description
The investment seeks to track the investment results of the Russell 1000® Index, which measures the performance of large- and mid-capitalization sectors of the U.S. equity market. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It may invest the remainder of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents, as well as in securities not included in the underlying index, but which the advisor believes will help the fund track the underlying index.
The investment seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Total Market Index™ (TMI), which is comprised of the common equities included in the S&P 500® and the S&P Completion Index™. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It may invest the remainder of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents, including shares of money market funds advised by BFA or its affiliates, as well as in securities not included in the underlying index.
The investment seeks to provide a tax-efficient investment return consisting of long-term capital appreciation. The fund purchases stocks that pay lower dividends and are included in the Russell 1000 Index-an index that is made up of the stocks of large- and mid-capitalization U.S. companies. It uses statistical methods to "sample" the index, aiming to minimize taxable dividends while approximating the other characteristics of the index. The expected result is a portfolio that will loosely track the total return performance of the index, but with lower taxable income distributions.

The fees, balance and savings information above are estimated numbers, based on the data FeeX had at the day of publication, but may not be accurate due to incomplete or erroneous data.

The best choice is based on a combined analysis of lowest fees and highest similarity to the original fund.

Similarity

FeeX's similarity algorithm analyzes over 15 investment characteristics like investment category, asset allocation, strategy, geographical allocation and more. FeeX gives each its own weight and calculates the similarity of any two investments based on a scale of 0 to 100%. Funds with a similarity ranking of 85% and higher are considered "similar".

Yes, funds and ETFs charge fees

Deep within every fund you own lies a hidden fee called expense ratio. It takes away a set % of your savings each and every year. It can often be easily reduced by switching to similar investments with lower expense ratios.
