The investment seeks capital growth. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in stocks. It invests primarily in common stocks. The fund invests in domestic and foreign issuers. It invests in either "growth" stocks or "value" stocks or both. The fund uses fundamental analysis of factors such as each issuer's financial condition and industry position, as well as market and economic conditions, to select investments.

The fund generally invests at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the underlying index. S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC compiles maintains and calculates the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Morningstar® Wide Moat Focus IndexSM. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. The Wide Moat Focus Index is comprised of securities issued by companies that Morningstar, Inc. ("Morningstar") determines to have sustainable competitive advantages based on a proprietary methodology that considers quantitative and qualitative factors ("wide moat companies"). The fund is non-diversified.
