Description
The investment seeks to track the investment results of a broad-based index composed of U.S. equities. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the Russell 3000® Index, which measures the performance of the broad U.S. equity market. The underlying index is a float-adjusted capitalization-weighted index of the largest public issuers domiciled in the United States and its territories. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets, plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes, in securities of the underlying index.
The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the Russell 3000 Index that tracks a broad universe of exchange traded U.S. equity securities. The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index measures the performance of the largest 3,000 U.S. companies, representing approximately 98% of the investable U.S. equity market. It may invest in equity securities that are not included in the index, cash and cash equivalents or money market instruments. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to track the investment results of the Morningstar® US Dividend Growth IndexSM. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is a subset of the Morningstar® US Market IndexSM, which is a diversified broad market index that represents approximately 97% of the market capitalization of publicly-traded U.S. stocks.
