Description
The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, of the WisdomTree Dynamic Currency Hedged Japan Equity Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a dividend weighted index designed to provide exposure to Japanese equity securities while at the same time dynamically hedging currency exposure to fluctuations between the value of the Japanese yen and the USD. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks investment results, that track the performance of the FTSE Japan 100% Hedged to USD Index® (the "index"). Normally the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities (i.e., securities of the index and comparable securities that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities of the index). The index is a free float-adjusted and market cap weighted index of those Japanese stocks that comprise approximately the top 90% of the market capitalization of the Japanese stock market. The fund is non-diversified.
The investment seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Goldman Sachs ActiveBeta® Japan Equity Index (the "index"). The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) in securities included in its underlying index, in depositary receipts representing securities included in its underlying index and in underlying stocks in respect of depositary receipts included in its underlying index. The index is designed to deliver exposure to equity securities of Japanese issuers.
